My name is Mckayla Streber and I'm currently attending the Rochester Institute of Technology for my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film & Animation. While I dabble in stop-motion and 3D animation, my specialty lies in 2D and experimental animation. My dual minor in 2D Studio Arts and Women's and Gender Studies heavily influences my approach to crafting stories through animation. Studying fine arts has led to my love for texture, color, and experimentation, while studying feminist theory has informed my feminist perspective in storytelling. I’m proficient in TVPaint, The Adobe Creative Cloud, Procreate, Harmony, and Dragonframe, with some experience working in Maya. I love practicing illustration, graphic design, motion graphics, and fine art as well! In my leisure I crochet, read, watch sci-fi movies, and occasionally do murals for local businesses around Rochester.
